Frequently asked questions
The service costs you nothing, the suppliers pay us. You pay the same price as with the supplier, or less. The price depends on the supplier, the distance and the size of your home.
You never pay extra for going through us. We never recommend the supplier that pays us the most, but the one that suits your move best, based on your situation, your wishes and what we have learned from 250,000 moves. Our business depends on you being happy.
You always contact us, not the supplier. For moving and cleaning we are the supplier: we investigate, get back to you and cover the cost if the fault is ours. For electricity and broadband the contract is between you and the supplier, but it is us you call, and we handle the case for you.
You get a checklist for your particular move, with your address, dates and what we already know. Under each item there is a proposal, already negotiated. You approve what you want, and your coordinator books it.
Nothing is booked until you have approved it. If you want to change or cancel something afterwards, write in the chat and your coordinator handles it right away.
Ideally start two months before moving in. That leaves time to sign new contracts and cancel the old ones in time, so you avoid paying for two contracts at once.
